大型薄壁件真空压铸模具的设计方法

摘    要:大型薄壁件在压铸中极易产生缺陷,采用正确的压铸工艺与模具结构设计,并将模具型腔抽真空,有效减少缺陷。采用数值模拟辅助法确定浇口形式,以及压铸时的料包和抽气口的位置,合理确定抽气时序,选择合理的压铸工艺,最后得到合格铸件。

Abstract:Producing the large-scale thin shell part can easily result in defects. It can effectively reduce defect with the correct die-casting process and mould structure design and the mold cavity vacuum. Numerical simulation-assisted method to determine gate and the pouring system , and position of the slag traps and location of the exhaust port provide the basis for proper design mould structure. With rationally determined the exhaust timing and a reasonable die-casting process, the final casting can be qualified.
