基于DSP与USB接口的多轴运动控制系统开发

摘    要:设计了一种以DSP与USB接口技术的多轴运动控制系统。该系统以DSP TMS320F2812为核心处理器,实现了多轴步进电机的启停与加减速控制。在此基础上,采用CYPRESS公司EZ-USB FX2高速传输控制器CY7C68013A,实现了上位机与DSP的数据实时传输与执行机构的实时控制。实验证明,该运动控制系统运行稳定、实时性好,能满足运动控制的要求。

Abstract:A type of multiple-axis control system based on DSP and USB interface technology is designed. In this system, the DSP TMS320F2812 chip is the central processing unit and it has realized the stepping motor's acceleration and deceleration. Based on these, by introducing the CYPRESS' Cy7C68013A, high speed EZ-USB FX2 microcontroller, data real-time transmission between PC and DSP and the real-time control of the operative mechanism are achived. It's proved that this motion control system can meet the needs of motion control with good real-time performance and stability.
