红矿磨选中旋流器自动控制系统的设计

摘    要:随着市场经济的深入发展,市场竞争越趋激烈,选矿厂要想在竞争中立于不败之地,只能迫使企业不断通过各种手段提高产品质量、降低生产成本,而对生产过程中的工艺流程实行全面的自动化控制显得至关重要,红矿磨选中的旋流器自动控制系统的设计,实现了旋流器的自动控制,已在国内某选矿厂新建红矿选别工艺流程中得到应用。

Abstract:With deep development of the market economy, the market competition becomes more and more fierce. In order to stay in invincible position in the competition, a concentrator has to increase product quality and reduce production costs by various means. It is very important to carry out the overall automation control of the process in production. The Designing of Automatic Control System for Hydrocyclone in Grinding and Concentration of Hematite introduced in this paper has been used in the process for concentration of the hematite in a domestic concentrator.
