| 摘 要： | 以苯乙烯和对甲苯酚为原料,在对甲苯磺酸等催化剂存在下,在120～130℃和常压条件下,发生烷基化反应,生成苯乙烯化甲酚。研究表明:在催化剂作用下,n(苯乙烯)/n(对甲苯酚)=1 5～2 0,反应时间为2h,苯乙烯化甲酚的收率可以达到90%以上。

Synthesis of Styrenated Cresol |

| Abstract: | Styrenated cresol(α-methylbenzylcresol) is a kind of antioxidant and stabilizer of high efficiency,low toxicity and low cost.It is p repared by reaction of styrene and p-cresol in the presence of p-tolue nesulfonic acid as catalyst.The optimal reaction conditions were mole ratio of styrene to p-cresol(15-20)∶1,reaction temperature 120 ℃ a nd reaction time 2 h.Yield of the product is over 90%. |
