可编程控制器的教学实践

摘    要:可编程序控制器越来越广泛地应用到机械、冶金、化工、轻纺等各行各业,已经成为工业自动化的主要装备之一,目前可编程序控制器已成为工科院校的必修课程。本文阐述学习可编程序控制器的必要性,讲述如何学习可编程序控制器,并对可编程控制器的教学与生产实践相结合的途径做了探索,此外,还对转变教育思想,更新教学内容,改进教学方法,改革实验教学模式,以培养具有创新能力的高素质人才进行了探讨。

Abstract:Programmable logic controller(PLC) has more and more widespread applied to mechanic, metallurgy, chemistry, light and textile departements in all industry fields. It has become one of the main industrial automatic equipment. So the PLC and its application have formed a required course for the engineering college. The necessity of studying the PLC, how to study the PLC, and how to combine theory teaching with practice training are explored in this paper. We have made some reforms in transforming education idea, renewing contents of courses, improving teaching methods and refreshing the modes of experiment teaching for fostering high quality talents with innovative idea and ability.
