| 摘 要： | 研究了某型号产品用两种环氧树脂灌封料(E-4X和828/871/140)在规定环境条件下的使用寿命。以拉剪强度为特性指标,通过热氧加速老化试验,参照环境考核试验,综合评估其使用寿命。
