肼分解用块状Al2O3载体的研制

摘    要:利用pH摆动沉淀法由铝盐与氨水反应, 加入高聚物作扩孔剂,球磨,烘干并加入助熔剂后,进行压制成型和焙烧,制备出大孔径、宽分布和侧压强度大的块状载体Al2O3,其比表面积约(50~70 )m2·g-1,平均孔径4.6 μm,孔隙率可达49.5%,孔容不小于1.8 mL·g-1,轴向抗压碎强度(90~118) N·cm-2,侧压强度(40~60) N·cm-1。由块状载体制备出肼类分解催化剂。

Abstract:pH value swing precipitation method (pH VSPM) was used for preparation of AlOH)3 colloid by the reaction of aluminum salt and aqueous ammonia, followed by addition of polymers as pore expanding agent, ball grinding, drying, adding fusing agent, moulding under (220-240) MPa and calcination at 1 500 ℃. Block shaped Al2O3 carrier was thus obtained with large pore diameter, wide distribution and high side crush strength. The carrier prepared had surface area of (50-70) m2·g-1, average pore diameter of 4.6 μm, porosity of up to 49.5%, pore volume of over 1.8 mL·g-1 and side crush strength of (90-118) N·cm-2. Hydrazine decomposition catalyst was prepared using the block shaped carrier.
