高速透平气体轴承试验台的建立

摘    要:在11—800空分系统透平膨胀机试验台的基础上建立厂高速透平气体轴承试验台,并改造了150Nm^3O2/h低温透平膨胀机,使之能应用于各种形式的高速气体轴承的静、动态特性及轴承-转子系统材料配伍与启停性能试验。为解决高速透平转子系统的监测问题,还进行了计算机动态数据采集系统及分析、处理软件包的开发。

Abstract:A multi function test rig for gas bearings of high speed turbo machinery has been set up based on the 11 800 air separation plant cryogenic turbo expander The rotation characteristics, stability, durability and other performance tests of gas bearings can be carried out on this test rig A set of high speed on line measuring system and analyzing software based on PC were successfully developed for the test of gas bearings
