摘    要:在金刚石弹性浮动研磨过程中,研磨装置源自内部和外部的振动将导致金刚石与研磨盘产生多余的相对运动从而影响研磨质量。从加工过程采集的信号中识别出相关振动因素能够为改进研磨过程提供依据。本文针对有限采集数据,为有效识别振动信号,首先对采集的数据进行小波降噪处理,其次采用AR模型进行数据处理,通过功率谱估计提高识别精度,对研磨振动信号进行模型参数估计并识别出主要振动频率。
