摘    要:建立了高温气相色谱分析油脂转酯反应样品中各种脂肪酸甲酯和脂肪酸甘油酯的方法。样品经硅烷化处理后分流进样,使用VF-5HT高温毛细柱,优化后的程序升温使各种脂肪酸甲酯和甘油酯得到良好分离,同时缩短了分析时间;十三酸甲酯和辛酸三甘油酯双内标分别对脂肪酸甲酯和脂肪酸甘油酯定量,提高了分析的准确度。该方法为油脂转酯反应制备生物柴油提供了分析依据。

Abstract:A high temperature gas chromatography method was developed for analyzing fatty acid methyl esters(FAMEs)and mono-(MG),di-(DG)and triglycerides(TG)obtained by the transesterification of vegetable oils.Silylated sample was injected in split mode and analyzed with a VF-5HT capillary column.Complete separation of various methyl esters and glycerides was obtained by a programmed temperature.Methyl tridecanoate and glyceryl trioctanoate served as internal standards separately when the quantities of FAMEs and glycerides were determined.The method is suitable for analyzing the conversion process of oil to biodiesel.
