变频调速异步电动机运行效率的研究

摘    要:异步电动机运行在额定工作状态效率较高,轻载运行时效率就会明显下降.低效运行的电机不仅造成能源浪费,而且自身的冷却也会成为突出的问题.改变异步电动机的定子电流频率,不仅改变转子的转速,而且,异步电动机的输出、输入功率也随之变化,从而带来了异步电动机效率的变化.本文基于异步电动机的损耗模型,推导出了变频调速异步电动机的运行效率与其工作频率之间的具体关系,同时也找出了转差率和频率的关系,并分析其特征.

Abstract:Efficiency of induction motor at rated operation state is higher and is obviously reduced at light-load operation. The motor at low-efficiency operation not only waste energy but also influence cooling of itself. If frequency of stator current of induction motor is changed, not only speed of rotor is changed, but also output and input are changed,thus bring out changing of efficiency of induction motor. Based on loss mode of induction motor, specific relation between operation efficiency and working frequency of variable-frequency adjustable-speed induction motor is derived in this paper. In the meantime, relation of slip and frequency is found out and its characteristic is analyzed.
