| 摘 要： | 以三角面片离散法为基础对刀具和毛坯进行了建模。将包围矩形算法引入到刀具对毛坯切削的判断中，用其搜索发生切削关系的点并修改其高度值来完成刀具对毛坯的切削；优化三角面片重绘过程中的计算，从而减小了仿真过程中的计算量，提高了仿真速度，优化了仿真效果。
