甲基磺酸亚锡溶液颜色问题的研究

摘    要:随着电镀和电子工业的迅速发展,人们对电镀液的要求越来越高。目前,甲基磺酸亚锡溶液在电子工业中广泛应用,但由于其水溶液易呈现微黄色或黄色,严重影响了电镀的质量和效果。文章对此问题进行了探讨。实验结果表明:甲基磺酸亚锡水溶液变色问题是由于氧化,故不能用吸附的方法除去。考虑在甲基磺酸亚锡溶液中加入抗氧化剂对苯二酚,以使其溶液在较长时间内保持稳定。

Abstract:With the rapid development of electroplate and electronics industry,electroplate liquid of the higer quality is demanded urgently.At present,Tin methylsulfonate solution is used widespread.However,because the solution is easy to become yellow,which affects the electroplate quality badly.Therefore,in the paper the question was discussed.Test results indicated that the problem was because being oxidized,therefore cannot use adsorption to remove.Further considering the method of the problem: put an antioxidant(hydroquinone) into the solution to keep the stability of solution within longer time.
