摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)、聚氧丙烯(PPO)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料,通过逐步聚合反应,合成了系列反应型聚氨酯非离子表面活性剂;采用FT-IR、1HNMR和表面张力仪对其结构及表面活性进行了表征,并对其浊点、乳化能力、共聚性能进行了研究。结果表明,所合成的反应型聚氨酯非离子表面活性剂具有较好的共聚性能和表面活性,产物Ⅱ在摩尔浓度为0.0058mol/L时,可使水溶液的表面张力降低到37mN/m。

Abstract:A novel series of polymerizable nonionic polyurethane surfactants were synthesized by the addition polymerization of IPDI,MPEG,PPO and HEA.The chemical structure and surface activity of the surfactants were characterized by FTIR,1HNMR and surface tension analysis.The cloud point,ability to emulsify monomer,and copolymerizing property of the surfactants were investigated in the further experiment.The results indicate that the novel polymerizable nonionic polyurethane surfactants have excellent surface activi...
