摘    要:本工作采用化学刻蚀法、元素面分布图法、冷冻断裂法、冷冻抛光法探讨了增韧增强高聚物的SEM样品制备方法对结构形态的影响。结果表明,只有合理的制样方法,才能获取材料真实的内部信息,为材料研究提供直观、可靠的科学依据。

Abstract:lt has been studied that the influence of the SEM specimen preparationmethods,including chemical etching,element area profile,frozen fracture and frozenpolishing, on morphology of toughening and strengthening composites. The results showthat the authentic fracture morphology of the composites can be obtained by proper methodsof specmen preparation,and it can provide the scientific basis for material research.
