摘    要:介绍了插齿时产生齿面挤伤及插齿刀后面非正常磨损的特有现象,分析了其原因以及切屑的几种形态,给出了切削厚度分析计算的新方法,提出一套新见解和解决措施。

Abstract:The extrusion wound of gear face and the abnormal abrasion of the inserting tool flank during gear shaping are introduced. Its formative causation and some of the chip shapes are analyzed. The new method of cutting thickness analysis and compute is given out. The new views and solutions for this problem are presented.
