摘    要:充分供水有利实现高效节水是实践经验。文中探讨了有关农业生产措施对减损、增效两种性质节水的作用与形成,以及实现高效节水的主要条件。当有效水消耗量随生理耗水比例增大而增时,耗量越大节水效益越好。差额比充分供水是低效益。设计供水保证率宜取95%。

Abstract:The practice experience indicates that sufficient water supply is advantageous to realize high efficient water-saving of irrigation.There are two types of water-saving: water-saving formed by reducing losses of water or by increasing benefit of yield.This paper probes into the action of agriculture production measure on water-saving,discusses the formation of water-saving and the main condition to realize high efficient water-saving.When effective water consumption increases in pace with the increase of proportion of physiology water consumption,the more water consumption increase,the more water-saving effective.As compared with sufficient water supply,the difference(insufficient) water supply is an inefficient pattern of water supply.It is suitable to select the design assurance probability of irrigation at level of 95%.
