摘    要:建立了YAG脉冲激光加工裂解槽三维瞬态温度场有限元模型,并对热源加载形式、离焦量、材料热物理性能参数、单元生死等技术问题进行了分析。对激光在C70S6高碳微合金非调质钢上移动切割裂解槽进行了数值模拟,得到不同切割参数下槽深、槽宽及温度场,总结出光斑直径、激光功率、脉宽、加工速度等参数对裂解槽加工的影响规律。将数值分析结果与激光切槽试验进行了对比,对激光加工裂解槽工艺参数的选择提出了建议。

Abstract:A three-dimensional transient temperature field model was built for the YAG pulsed laser processing the conrod fracture splitting notch by the finite element method. The form of heat load, the laser defocus amount, the thermophysical parameters of the workpiece material, the element birth and death in the processing were discussed. The moving laser processing the splitting notch on C70S6 high-carbon micro-alloy non-hardening-and-tempering steel was simulated numerically, and the depth and the width of the notch as well as the temperature field were obtained under different pocessing parameters. The effects of the laser spot diameter, the laser power, the laser pulse width and the processing speed on the notch processing were summarized. The results of the simulation were compared with the experiment ones and the optimized parameters of the laser processing the conrod fracture splitting notch were proposed.
