| Abstract: | It is required by the educational reform and development to set up a systematic and scientific educational evaluation system for a comprehensive evaluation of teachers' educational results. It is the basic work to improve completely the teaching quality and the educational results. The guiding ideology and principle to evaluate teachers' teaching results should be based on the scientific theory on modern educational evaluation system whose evaluation indices shall conform to the characteristics of both teacher's work and the evaluation itself. |
