三线圈电感式磨粒传感器的检测电路

摘    要:润滑油中磨粒反映了机械运行状态的大量信息,所以对磨粒进行检测具有很重要的工程应用价值。依据润滑油中磨粒与电感线圈之间耦合关系,设计了一种三线圈电感式磨粒在线监测传感器。根据传感器测量原理,该检测电路设计主要包括调幅调相驱动电路、前置放大电路、精密整流电路和后级滤波放大电路。实验结果表明:该检测电路结合后续NI信号采集模块与LabVIEW数据处理,对铁磁磨粒的分辨率达到100μm.

Abstract:The particles in lubricating oil reflect a lot of information of Mechanical operation Status,so the particle detection has a very important engineering application.Design a three-coil inductive particle monitoring sensor,according to the coupling relation between particle in lubricating oil and the induction coil.Basing on the sensor measurement principle,the detection circuits include drive circuit of amplitude and phase adjustment,pre-amplifier,precision rectifier circuit and the second stage filter amplifier circuit.The results show that:the detection circuits combine with the follow-up signal acquisition module and the LabVIEW NI data processing,the detection resolution of ferromagnetic abrasive reaches 100 μm.
