摘    要:提出了一种空心圆柱结构的电磁超声换能器(EMAT,Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer)线圈探头,为获得空心圆柱探头的设计参数,以有限元仿真软件ANSYS为工具,对所设计的电磁超声探头进行了三维有限元建模和仿真,分析了空心圆柱型换能器所激发超声波的幅值和频率;研究了线圈的各几何参数及换能器电气特性变化对所激发感生涡流幅值的影响规律;确立了电磁超声圆柱探头的基本设计准则。仿真结论证明:空心圆柱线圈适合作为EMAT探头进行缺陷检测,为此类线圈的设计提供的理论指导。

Abstract:A hollow roller coil was designed innovational as EMAT probe,in order to obtain its design parameter,finite element soft ANSYSY was used to establish three-dimensional model of EMAT probe,and it was designed and simulated,accordingly.This paper analyzed amplitude and frequency of ultrasonic inspirited by hollow roller transducer;researched the law that changing of geometry parameters of coil probe and electrical characters impacts on eddy current amplitude;established basic principle of design roller probe.The simulating results show the hollow roller coil is suited to test defect as EMAT probe,it provides theory for design this kind of coil.
