基于单片机的微粉自动称重及分份系统

摘    要:针对传统微粉配料称重系统精度不高,响应速度较慢的问题,介绍了一种基于CS5532的单片机控制微量自动称重及分份系统,叙述了该系统的硬件原理与软件设置及其特点应用。利用具有斩波稳定增益可编程仪表放大器的数据采集模块,有效地解决了杂音对小信号数据采集过程中的干扰。该系统具有精度高、可行性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In response to low precision and slower response speed problem with old-fashioned powder batching and weighing systems,this paper described an automatic weighing and portioning system based on CS5532.It described the principle of the system’s hardware and software settings and characteristics of its applications.It used a chopper-stabilized programmable gain instrumentation amplifier data acquisition module,effectively solve the small-signal noise on the interference data collection project.The systems has high accuracy and feasibility of a good anti-interference ability,and has some promotional value.
