摘    要:针对工业现场的恶劣环境,湿度变送器的设计需考虑温度实时补偿以减小误差提高精度。采用低功耗芯片对采集信号进行运算与处理,信号处理后送两路完成数据实时显示与信号远传功能。程序采用模块化设计便于调试与修改,最后将成品置于常温环境下加湿进行测量,验证了其高可靠性、稳定性与精确度。

Abstract:According to industrial site environments,to design humidity transmitters need to consider the real-time temperature compensation to minimize error.This paper used low-power consumption chip to collect operations of signal and processing,signal processing to complete the data real-time display and signal remote transmission function.The software design adopted modularization program design for easy debugging and modification.Finally the finished product was set in normal temperature environment for humidifying measurement,and its high reliability and stability and precision were verified.
