摘    要:针对目前内部集成载荷传感器与位移传感器的抽油机井示功仪结构复杂、不易生产和调试的问题,提出一种结合变阻式载荷传感器和集成式加速度传感器的可分离的载荷位移一体化智能变送器的设计思想,给出了基于MSC1202芯片的具体实现方案。测试结果表明所设计的载荷位移一体化变送器稳定性与重复性好,精度与线性度高,同时具有一定的智能性。该变送器可以方便灵活地与标准无线发送模块组成无线抽油机井示功仪,具有很好的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Traditional oil pump dynamometer usually contained in itself the load sensor and displacement sensor,which made the whole structure so intricate that the manufacture and debug was not easy.Aimed at solving this problem,this paper introduced the design idea of an intelligent load and displacement integrated transducer combining rheostatic load sensor and integrated acceleration sensor,and presented its concrete implementation based on MSC1202.Test results show the transducer has good stability and repeatability,high precision and linearity,and was of certain intelligence.This transducer can be conveniently and flexibly combined with standard wireless module to form a wireless oil pump dynamometer,which has well practical value.
