高精度程控电流源的设计

摘    要:采用ADuC812单片机作为整机的控制单元,通过软件和外围电路设计,使程控直流电流源具备实时检测实际输出电流值的功能,并通过采样将实际输出反馈到单片机中,单片机对数据进行分析、处理后再重新调整D/A输出的值,从而达到稳流的目的。所设计的电流源还具有电流可预置、可步进调整以及可同时显示电流预置值和实测值等功能。该系统具有结构简单、工作稳定、纹波电流小、控制精度高、成本低廉、实用性强的特点。

Abstract:The programmable control DC current source based on a single-chip microcomputer ADuC812 was designed,and the hardware structure and software program was introduced.The current source can measure actual output current,and output signal of the current can be fed back to the single-chip microcomputer through the sampling at the same time.The single-chip microcomputer readjusts output value of D/A after data analysis to stabilize current.The current source,realized that the current can be set and adjusted step by step,and the steppoint value and actual measurement value can be displayed at the same time.The system is characterized by simple structure,good stability,low ripple current,high accuracy of control,low cost and high practical value.
