基于解耦算法的双容水箱液位控制

摘    要:双容水箱的液位是典型的MIMO非线性耦合系统,针对液位控制,构建了基于ControlLogix的控制系统,解决液位控制问题;根据物料平衡原理建立了双容水箱的数学模型,并且在稳态工作点附近进行线性化,进一步依据解耦算法的原理,给出了双容水箱液位控制的解耦模型,在此基础上采用PID控制器进行控制。实验结果表明,基于解耦算法的液位PID控制效果要好于单纯的PID控制。

Abstract:The double-tank liquid level control is a non-line,coupling system.This paper presented the control system based on ControlLogix.According to the principle of materiel balance,the model of double-tank was described.In stable state neighborhood,the linearization of double-tank system model was presented.In term of the decoupling principle,the decoupling model of double-tank was given,then the PID controller was applied to the systerm.The experiment results demonstrate that the performance based on decoupling control is effective.
