摘    要:针对目前煤矿普遍采用的热催化瓦斯探测传感器的检测灵敏度低、环境干扰大的缺陷,设计了基于谐波检测的光谱吸收型光纤瓦斯传感器。该传感器采用锁相放大器为核心的微弱信号处理电路,通过对一次谐波和二次谐波的实验数据进行数据拟合,实现了对瓦斯气体浓度的实时精确检测。实验结果表明:该传感器能够有效地提取瓦斯浓度变化信息,测量误差小,灵敏度高。

Abstract:In order to improve signal noise ratio and environmental interference of popular thermal catalysis methane detection gas sensor in coal mine,using harmonic detection technology,the faint signal processing circuit with lock-in amplifier as the core was designed based on detection principle of faint signal.Detection sensitivity of the system were enhanced.The measurement of methane gas absorption was made under laboratory conditions,experimental data was data fitting and relation between methane concentration and ratio of first harmonic and second harmonic was presented.The result of experiment indicates that the system can get the variable quantity of methane concentration information effectively and it has low measurement error and high detection sensitivity.
