摘    要:为准确、高效、实时地对可燃气体进行本地和远程监控,设计了一种支持多通讯方式的可燃气体报警系统.系统中报警平台以C8051F120为控制核心,通过RS -485通讯方式或无线射频通讯方式与底层气体检测仪表通讯,通过以太网通讯方式与上层监控中心进行数据传输,GSM网络模块负责将信息发送到用户手机,实现了信息传输方式的多样性,提高了系统的可靠性,稳定性和准确性.同时使用LabVIEW作为上位机监控软件,简化了监控系统的编程设计,提供了美观,便捷的人机交互界面.

Abstract:For local and remote monitoring of flammable gas accurately,efficiently and in real-time,this paper designed a flammable gas alarm system which supported multiple communication modes.In the alarm system,C8051F120 was designed as the core of alarm platform.The system used the RS-485 or wireless communication mode to communicate with underlying gas-detecting instruments and communicates with the upper monitor center by Ethernet.The GSM module was responsible for sending messages to user’s mobile phone.All of these realize the diversity of information transmission and improve the reliability,stability and accuracy of the system.At the same time,it chose LabVIEW as PC monitoring software,simplified the programming design of monitoring system and provided beautiful,convenient and fast human-machine interface.
