摘    要:文中通过描述热电偶测温原理,设计了数据采集系统,其包括一级放大电路、滤波电路和二级放大电路。通过零漂电压调节电路和冷端温度补偿电路,实现了铝电解质初晶温度的测量。嵌入式实时在线铝电解质初晶温度检测系统基于ARM9(EP9315)和FPGA。该系统即便在高温和强磁场下,仍然具有系统稳定,测量实时准确等优点。

Abstract:This paper introduced the measuring principle of thermocouple and presentd a capture system for temperature signal of aluminum electrolyte.The capture system includes front amplify,filter and the second amplify circuit.By zero drift regulator and compensation circuit of the cool end,the true temperature of aluminum electrolyte can be achieved on-line.The system was based on powerful embedded processor of ARM9(EP9315) and on FPGA for on-line detection initial crystallization temperature of the aluminum electrolyte,and also has high stable even under environment of high temperature and powerful electromagnetic can accuracy measure on-line.
