超声回波门参数数字化控制方法的研究与实现

摘    要:提出一种基于CPLD的16通道超声回波门参数的数字化控制方法。当选用1 MHz时钟,门前沿、门宽控制范围为0~63μs,精度为±1μs,可满足大部分工程应用。该方法为大型多通道超声检测系统中回波门参数的数字化控制提供一种基础平台,简化了电路设计、布线、焊接和调试等,从本质上解决了模拟法控制精度低、稳定性差和操作不方便等缺点,还从本质上解决了基于专用集成C/T法集成度低,不宜用于大型多通道检测系统的缺点。

Abstract:This paper presented a digital control method of gate parameters on 16 channels ultrasonic echo based on CPLD.Range,both the front and the width of the gate,is from 0 to 63 μs,and the precision is ±1 μs,when the frequency of the clock is 1 MHz,so it can meet most of the engineering application.The method can provide a basic platform for large multi-channel ultrasonic test system on gate parameters of the echo by digital control,make the designing、wiring、welding and debugging of circuit simpler,not only resolve essentially the defects of the simulation such as low control precision,poor stability and inconvenient operation,but also settle substantially the shortcoming of the digital control method by timing counter based on IC such as low integration,which should not be used in large multi-channel ultrasonic test system.
