便携式钢丝绳在线检测仪研究

摘    要:钢丝绳无损检测目的是保证钢丝绳的安全运行,并在这个前提下减少因盲目更换而产生的浪费。针对目前钢丝绳检测难以实现实时在线检测、细小钢丝绳易漏检,现场走绳速度变化影响检测结果等缺陷,采用漏磁法及数字信号处理器DSP设计了实时在线钢丝绳检测系统。详细阐述了系统的检测原理、硬件结构以及软件设计方案。实际应用表明:该检测系统准确可靠,智能化程度高,安装操作简便,同时能适应走绳速度不均匀等环境较为恶劣的现场使用。

Abstract:Nondestructive testing of wire ropes is to ensure the safe operation of wire ropes and to reduce the waste coming from the premature discard of wire ropes.Aimed at the shortcomings of steel wire rope detection,including non real-time and non on-line,mis-detection of tiny steel wire rope,and detection result is influenced by the change of rope moving speed,a new real-time and on-line wire rope detection system was designed by testing leakage magnetic field and using DSP.The detection principle,hardware structure and software design of the system were introduced in detail.The actual application shows that the system is easy-to-use,reliable and high resolution.It is suitable for the bad environments of steel wire rope moving in uniform speed.
