摘    要:以全矢谱分析应用为基础,针对当前信号采集系统在信息同步性上的不足,采用ARM处理器和Windows CE嵌入式系统的搭配,开发一种新型的多通道同步信号采集系统,介绍了系统的工作原理,设计了数据采集系统的硬件选型与连接,及软件平台的总体架构.系统的开发为机械故障诊断的全矢谱分析提供了有力支持,具有很好的应用价值.

Abstract:In the view of the drawback of the current data acquisition system in data synchronicity,based on the full vector spectrum analysis technology,this new type of multi-channel synchronization signal acquisition system was developed,with the usage of ARM processor and embedded Windows CE.Working principle of the system was introduced.The hardware selection and connection and software platform framework of the data acquisition system were designed.The development of this system provides strong support to the full vector spectrum analysis for the mechanical fault diagnosis,and has a great application value.
