摘    要:文章主要研究了NAA与BA对康乃馨愈伤组织诱导的影响,结果表明:单独使用NAA或BA时,能够诱导出愈伤组织;NAA浓度为0.2mg/L,BA浓度为2mg/L时,产生愈伤组织比例最高,生长状态最好。

Abstract:In the paper,effects of NAA and BA on callus induction of Dianthus Caryophyllus was studied to provide the theoretical basis for tissue culture of Dianthus Caryophyllus.As a result,the media with NAA or BA was in favor of the induction of callu,while media adding NAA 0.2 mg/L and BA 2 mg/L was the best hormone combination,induction rate was best,and callus grew well.
