Abstract:A^2/O-ozone oxidation-activated carbon filter treatment for coking wastewater was studied to solve substandard discharge. When influent COD was 1267 mg/L, influent NH3+N was 113 mg/L, influent SS was 150 mg/L, the removal efficiency of the three were 93 %, 95 %, 95 % respectively. Effluent was up to the "Comprehensive sewage discharge standard"(GB8978-1996). Results showed that coking wastewater could be well treated using this process.
