苯甲酰硫脲衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:以苯甲酸为原料,经酰化、取代等反应,合成了13个苯甲酰硫脲衍生物,通过紫外、红外和核磁共振对化合物进行了表征。生物活性采用纸张琼脂扩散法测试目标化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑制活性,测试结果表明,这类化合物总体上对大肠杆菌具有较好的抑制活性。

Abstract:Thirteen benzoyl thiourea derivatives were synthesized from benzoic acid by acylation,substitution reaction.Their structures were characterized by UV,IR and 1H NMR.Their biological activities have been measured.The results showed that this type of compounds had certain antibacterial activity for Escherichia coli.
