Abstract:The feasibility and effect of removal of organic matters in wastewater containing high NaCI content treatment by using Fenton oxidation was investigated in this study. In addition, the optimization control study of operating conditions for Fenton process was conducted. Resulted indicated that the efficiency of Fenton oxidation on TOC removal was deeply influenced by addition modes of reagents and reactions conditions. Increase of addition times of reagents and temperature could improve removal of organic matters in wastewater. More than 90 % of could be reduced when the dosage of H2O2. temperature, reaction pH and molar ratio of ferrous and H202 were 10 % (v/v), 80℃, 3 and 0.05 respectively. The wastewater could reach the reuse standard of electrolysis.
Keywords:high salinity wastewater  removal oforganics  Fenton oxidation  reaction conditions
