苄达赖氨酸合成工艺的研究

摘    要:本篇文章对苄达酸与L-赖氨酸等摩尔反应制备苄达赖氨酸的工艺条件,用正交试验的方法,进行了优化,得出最佳反应温度及时间,产.品质量稳定;目标化合物的结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、元素分析、红外光谱、质谱等确证:合成反应中使用的溶剂为乙醇,对环境小会产生污染,更适合工业化生产。

Abstract:The paper benzyl acid and L to reach-lysine,preparation of lysine benzyl Moore response technology conditions,Use orthogonal test method and optimized,The obtained optimum reaction temperature and time,stable and reliable product quality,The structures of the target molecules were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,elemental analysis,IR spectra and mass spectrum in our experiments,Use ethylalcohol for solvent in the reaction,it have not environmental pollution,it adapts industrialized production.
