摘    要:研制了用于中国实验快堆工程堆芯和氩气衰变罐的不锈钢 ( 3 0 4、3 0 4H)大锻件共 1 6件 ,最大为 1 3 70 / 1 1 90× 2 1 1 0 m m。夹杂物 (包括氮化物 ) 0 .5~ 1 .0级 ;奥氏体晶粒度 5级 ;σ0 .2 ( 5 5 0 ) >1 60 MPa;超声波探伤未发现≥ 2 mm当量缺陷。产品全部一次验收合格 ,已交付使用

Abstract:pieces of stainless steel heavy forgings used for the reactor core and the argon decay vessel in China Experimental Fast Breeder Project have been developed, the largest one of which is 1370/1190×2110mm. The nonmetallic inclusions( nitride inclusive) are in the grade of 0.5-1.0. Austenitic grain size is grained to grade 5. σ 0.2 >160Mpa at 550℃. The defects ≥2mm were not found during ultrasonic test. All the products are qualified during the acceptance and delivered as well.
