摘    要:对湖北某铜冶炼厂的炼铜水淬渣(含铜1.06%)进行了浮选回收铜的试验研究。考察了磨矿粒度、矿浆浓度、pH值以及药剂用量等因素对炼铜水淬渣铜的浮选指标的影响。实验表明, 当磨矿粒度-0.074 mm占95%、矿浆浓度为30%、pH值为7.0、捕收剂(丁铵黑药与丁基黄药按1∶1配制)、活化剂(硫化钠)、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)的用量分别为240 g/t、800 g/t、800 g/t时, 粗选铜的回收率为64.65%, 粗精矿铜的品位达到4.54%。

Abstract:Factors affecting flotation of water-quenched slag from a copper smelting plant in Hubei province, such as grinding fineness, pulp density, pH value and the reagent system, were studied. The results indicate that the best flotation efficiency was obtained with a grinding fineness of 95% -0.074 mm, a pulp density of 30%, a pH value of 7.0 and reagent dosages of 240 g/t, 800 g/t and 800 g/t for collector (prepared using 1∶1 ratio of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and butyl xanthate), activator(sodium sulfide) and dispersant(sodium hexametaphosphate), respectively, while a rough concentration with a copper recovery of 64.65% and a copper grade of 4.54% can be obtained.
