| Abstract: | The reliability of automotive electronic products is directly related to the safety and reliability of the whole vehicle,so the testing requirements and standards are more stringent.In this paper,the general environmental reliability testing standards,testing items and related enterprise standards commonly used for automotive electronics are introduced.The latest trends for the automotive testing standards are presented. |
