摘    要:介绍一种基于传输线变压器的3 MHz~30 MHz的四路同相功率合成器,利用仿真软件分析其在工作频带内的传输特性,损耗特性,相移特性.最后按照仿真电路制作功率合成器实物,通过测试验证该功率合成器的端口幅度不平衡度<±0.4dB,相位不平衡度<±5°,驻波比<1.5,隔离度>19 dB,非常适用于大功率的合成.

Abstract:A Wideband 4-Way In-phase Power Combiner at 3 MHz~30 MHz has been introduced based on the Transmission line transformer theory.By using software simulation its operating frequency range of the transmission characteristics,loss characteristics,phase shifts are analysed.On the basis of circuit this power combiner was finished.The port range of the power combiner has the imbalance of the amplitude<±0.4 dB,as well as the phase<±5°,the VSWRs<1.5,isolations>19 dB.From above testing data,this combines is very suitable for high-power.
