摘    要:研究了不同的溶样方法对二氧化铀芯块粉末样品中Th和Ta等元素测定的影响;以校正Fe对B谱线干扰为例,探讨了元素间谱线干扰和多组分谱图拟合2种谱线干扰校正方法在谱线干扰校正中的应用;考察了温度和酸度对CL-TBP树脂色层分离铀和杂质元素的影响;探讨了内标元素法提高仪器测定精密度及B元素记忆效应的消除方法。

Abstract:Influence of different methods for dissolving samples on determination thorium and tantalum in uranium dioxide core are studied.According to correct iron to boron spectral line interfere, application of two methods(Inter-Element Correction and Multi-Component Spectral Fitting)in correcting spectral line interfere are discussed.The influence of temperature and acidity of solution on separating uranium and impurity elements by CL-TBP chromatography are examined.Improving instrument detection precision by adding internal standard element and the method of eliminating ho- ron element memory effect are also investigated.
