| Abstract: | Profit making is the aim of the enterprise. And the project is the source of the benefit of the construction enterprise. So the projects management is not only the window of the enterprise but also the key of the enterprise creating high quality engineering. At the same time, how to boosting projects management and advancing economy benefit is in detail analyzed from many aspects e.g. cost control, quality management, safety management and so on. |
