一种水火电系统输电交易分析方法

摘    要:本文提出一种用于水火电互联系统的输电交易计划分析方法。该方法考虑互联电网中区域电网的机组组合或水火电协调同交易计划的相互影响,采用Nash Game方法确定在不同时段合理的交换功率和交易价格,使参与交易的双方能够得到最大的经济利益。该方法还可以计及输电损失和各种交易约束。本文首先用一个两区域系统算例说明了Nash Game方法在电力系统交易分析中的应用,然后对具有实际规模的一个水火电系统和一个火电

Abstract:This paper describes a transaction pricing and evalu- ating method for maximizing profits in a interconnecting hy- dro-thermal system. The proposed method is based on the Nash bargaining game for power flow analysis in which every trans- action and its price are determine by a fair way. The proposed method considers the important affect of short term system scheduling , such as unit commitment and hydro-thermal sched- ule. The transaction losses are also considered. Test examples and a real scale system result present the merits of the proposed method.
