开拓电力客户服务营销新策略

摘    要:“全球化经济一体化”形势下,改善电力企业客户营销领域的工作服务质量,树立企业可持续发展的战略理念、打造新兴的文化战略品牌、建立健全科学的管理模式,以及创设全方位的电力营销发展体制对于电力企业的发展已经势在必行。本文概述了当前电力企业客户服务管理的现状及存在的不足,并就问题提出针对性的客户服务营销,旨在对电力服务创新策略提供一定参考。

Develop new marketing strategy of power customer service
Abstract:"global economic integration" situation,improve the quality of service of electric power enterprise customer marketing field, establish the strategic concept of sustainable development of enterprises, build new culture brand strategy,establish and improve the scientific management mode, and create a full range of electric power marketing development system for the development of electric power enterprises is imperative under the situation. This paper outlines the current status of the power enterprise customer service management and the existing problems, and puts forward the targeted customer service marketing,aiming to provide some reference for the power service innovation strategy.
