煤矿电厂粉煤灰光催化特性的研究

摘    要:以太阳光、紫外灯、高压汞灯为激发光源,以甲基橙为试验废水,采用BET,XRD为表征手段和Langmuir-Hinshewood动力学方程方法,研究粉煤灰光催化特性.实验结果表明,无光照下粉煤灰吸附甲基橙符合Langmuir等温吸附经验式1/qt=0.653 9+0.454 4/Ce.在光激发下粉煤灰处理甲基橙溶液,脱色率普遍提高1%~9%,以太阳光的光催化活性最大.说明粉煤灰玻璃微珠表面的Fe2O3可吸收太阳光中的可见光,具有光活性.无光照下其吸附速度常数与有光源激发时表观一级反应速度常数有差异.对粉煤灰光催化活性的主要影响因素是:波长、投灰量、溶液初始的pH值.

Abstract:Using sunlight,UV lamp,mercury lamp as the excitation light source and methyl orange as the experimental wastewater.The photocatalytic activities of the fly ash was studied with BET,XRD and Langmuir-Hinshelwood(LH) kinofic equation.The results showed that the adsorption of methyl orange on fly ash matched Langmuir equation 1/q_t=0.653 9 0.454 4/C_e without lighting.The decolourization rate of fly ash treating methyl orange in excited lighting is higher 1%~9% than in no lighting,and the photocatalytic activity is the largest under the sunlight,which showed that Fe_2O_3 on fly ash microsphere can absorb visible light and has photocatalytic activity.It is different between the rate constant of adsorption in no excitated light and the rate constant of the first order reaction in excitated light.The main influence factors of the photocatalytic activity are wave-length,the quantity of fly ash and the initial pH value.
