软化剂对天然植物纤维类缓冲材料密度及微孔形貌的影响

摘    要:为了降低天然植物纤维类缓冲材料的成本、增加植物纤维填充量,采用在原材料中添加新的添加剂的方法,对具有不同含量软化剂的天然植物纤维类缓冲材料的性能进行了测试。软化剂可增加材料基质的柔韧性及可塑性,影响天然植物纤维类缓冲材料的发泡过程。研究了软化剂对于此类缓冲材料的密度及微孔形貌的影响,发现软化剂对缓冲材料的密度及微孔形貌的影响并不是线性的。
