| 摘 要： | ＰＶＡ－ＰＶＣ共混纤维即阻燃性优良的维氯纶．本文介绍其制备过程的特点，包括对ＰＶＣ乳液的要求、ＰＶＡ与ＰＶＣ的共混纺丝、共混纤维的超分子结构和形态结构等．最后，介绍了维氯纶的２个主要特点─—染色性和阻燃性的研究结果．这一研究结果指出，维氯给的两相结构使其具有优良的染色性，维氯给的ＬＯＩ值可达３６％．

| Abstract: | VA-PVC blend fiber has good flame retardance, it is called vinyl-chloran inour country. In this paper, the speciality on the production process of this fiber is introduced, included the characteristics of.the PVC emulsion, spinning of the PVA-PVC blendemulsion, super molecular structure and morphological structure of the fiber. Finally, twoimportant investigation results concerning the characteristics of this fiber, dyeing behaviorand flame retardance, are reported. |
