| 摘 要： | 对高强钢13MnNiMoR的特性进行了分析。通过焊接试验和焊接工艺评定制定了该钢种的焊接参数,提出了在容器生产过程中焊接13MnNiMoR时应采用的合理焊接工艺措施以及应注意的焊接要领。这些成果可以较好的防止13MnNiMoR在焊接过程中出现裂纹。已在压力容器的生产中得到了较好的应用。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of 13MnNiMoR high strength steel had been analyzed.The welding parameters of this kind of steel were made by welding testing and welding process qualification.The reasonable welding process meas-ures and operating essentials had been mentioned as welding 13MnNiMoR steel in the vessel product.These contents should prevent the cracks from welding 13MnNiMoR steel.It has been got good use in the pressure vessel product. |
