摘    要:针对锅炉(烟厂用锅炉等)烟气,提出了一种具有高脱除率和低能耗的顺序式烟气脱硫脱硝工艺。即在吸附剂颗粒表面利用活性N原子还原NO产生的活性0原子来继续氧化二氧化硫生成SO3,并通过化学反应动力学模拟研究了该工艺的可行性。NO/SO2/N2系统等离子体脱硫脱硝的模拟结果显示:NO有显著的脱除效果,SO2有少量转化为SO3,SO2脱除率随停留时间增加而增加。研究结果表明顺序式烟气脱硫脱硝是可行的,关键在于选用合适吸附剂来控制其表面的O2浓度和停留时间。

Abstract:A sequential removal process of NO and SO2 in flue gas with low energy-consumption and high removal rate was put forward,and its feasibility was studied through reaction kinetics simulation.In this removal process,the active O atom which is produced by the reduction reaction between NO and activated N atom will be used to oxidize SO2 sequentially,and this process will go on the surfaces of some suitable adsorbents.Simulation of De-SO2 and De-NO was also carried out with the dry gas stream(NO/SO2/N2) without Ar.The simulation results indicate that NO can be removed remarkably.Only small amount of SO2 can be converted to SO3 and SO2 removal efficiency will increase with the increasing residence time.The above investigations indicate that the sequential removal NO and SO2 in flue gas is feasible.The key problem is to select some suitable adsorbent to control O2 concentration and residence time on the surface of it.
